For hotel guests, it's the natural extension of the bedroom, a veritable living room. Filtered by specially designed screens, the space offers intimate corners where guests can improvise a meeting or curl up on leather sofas in the "club spirit". On the street side, the spaces are more open, and on the green courtyard side, the atmosphere is more intimate, with banquettes and cushions for simple gatherings. The à la carte menu features products sourced from local suppliers. These include 100% natural infusions and teas from L'infuseur, organic fruit juices and cocktails, organic and French tonics, and a signature gin distilled by Baccaé especially for Le Bellune Bar & Spa.

THE APERITIVO

The Bar du Bellune offers a fresh menu with the sweet flavours and aromas of Italy. In a nod to the Italian city of Belluno, in the Veneto region, from which the hotel takes its name, the bar's menu will feature the Italian "aperitivo", a convivial pre-dinner drink, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, often accompanied by small bites or appetisers. It's a tradition rooted in Italian culture, a little like the Spanish with their tapas or pintxos.

With cocktails, sparkling drinks and glasses of wine, you can enjoy small portions of our local products with Mediterranean flavours and accents: pinsa, focaccia, various tapenades, parmesan fries, cecchetti, bruschetta, gressini, olives... and tiramisu, panna cotta for a sweet finish. The menu changes with the seasons, so you can enjoy the "dolce vita" atmosphere all year round, and the products on the menu are selected for their quality.
